Most of Camilla Skovgaard’s shoes are weird and very pricey. If you’re going to buy “off the beaten track” booties, Camilla’s are the best. Camilla Skovgaard Wedge Ankle Booties in ivory are very stylish but way too edgy for my taste. Don’t get me wrong……I love edgy to a point. The pointy ziz zag rubber platforms look like shark’s teeth. I’m sure they look great with trendy dresses, colored jeans, cropped pants, jean shorts and cocktail attire. (just wanted to see your reaction to that!) Skovgaard’s booties are definitely “NOTICE ME” pieces. They are fashion forward for the young and edgy fashionista! For me…they’re borderline ridiculous and very unfeminine looking.These leather ankle booties feature a hidden platform, a covered wedge heel, a side zip and a rubber sole.
